Remi thrives when she can be near her humans—physical closeness helps her feel secure.

Daily exercise is a must—hikes, runs, or long walks.

3. She cannot be left at home for extended periods of time.

4. She’s smart, trainable, and eager to please.

5. She thrives in a predictable environment.

Remi feels most confident when she knows the routine. A stable, structured home will help her stay relaxed and happy.

Meet Remi, a 60-lb German Shorthaired Pointer with a heart full of love and energy to spare. At 8 years old, Remi is the total GSP package: affectionate, smart, cuddly, and always up for an adventure—or a nap by your side.

Remi thrives in a home with structure, consistency, and lots of human attention. She's house- and crate-trained, knows basic commands, and has excellent recall. She's happiest when she’s getting regular exercise (hikes, walks, or playtime) and snuggles on the couch after. She’s also worked with a trainer and does best with clear routines.

She is playful with other dogs. Remi would do best with younger dogs in her home. She prefers her people’s affection over any other dog. She hasn’t been tested with cats.

Remi is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and ready to bring joy, loyalty, and love to a home that understands her breed and her emotional needs. She can be anxious at times and finds comfort in closeness—she’ll be your constant shadow and your biggest fan.

Ideal home: Active lifestyle, fenced yard, and someone who’s around often and experienced with dogs who bond deeply. In return, you’ll get a loyal adventure buddy and a loving couch companion.
