Adoption Application

Thank you for considering adopting one of our GSPs! Our goal is to find permanent, attentive and secure homes for our rescued dogs. Please understand that we ask these questions with our dogs’ best interests in mind, as well as yours. We’ve created this thorough application to assist in finding the right dog for you. If you have trouble submitting the application or haven’t heard from us within 72 hours of your submitting, please contact us.

Prior to filling out this application, please read through our Adoption Process first. We pride ourselves on our very detailed adoption process which allows us to assess the best fit for each family and each dog, resulting in a less than 1% return rate and many happy families.

We normally adopt to Colorado residents only. We will consider adopting to residents in bordering or nearby states if guidelines set by Mile High GSP Rescue are followed and proper transportation is arranged by the adopter.

Please be as detailed as possible when answering each question. Detailed applications allow us to more accurately assess qualifications and will be given priority. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
